Inquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a date, or receiving an initial response does not reserve a date or create a photography services agreement. A booking is confirmed only after Marilyn Wilson Photography has accepted the engagement and all stated booking requirements have been completed, which may include a signed written agreement and cleared retainer. Availability, services, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, image usage, and other project-specific details are governed by the separate written agreement provided for the engagement.

Accurate Information and Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Website and not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• Attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation, security, or availability;
• Submit malicious code, spam, or misleading information;
